Refund Policy

Last updated: November 2026

Nagano Tonic purchases made through the official checkout are covered by the manufacturer's 180-day money-back guarantee, as advertised at the time of your purchase.

How the Guarantee Works

• Contact the seller's customer support team within 180 days of your original purchase date.
• Provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.
• Follow the return instructions provided by support, if applicable to your order.

Important Notes

Exact refund terms — including whether opened containers qualify, who covers return shipping, and how long refunds take to process — are set by the official seller and can change. Always confirm the current policy on the checkout page before ordering, and keep your order confirmation email for reference.
